With over 20 years of experience in property management and real estate investment, our founder and CEO, Joseph Keshi, knows that maximizing a property's potential requires a personalized and comprehensive approach. Having made his start renting out his spare rooms while attending Rutgers University in New Jersey, Joseph Keshi went on to work in the residential construction, development, and management industry before becoming the lead project manager on several multi-million-dollar residential community developments in the Tri-state area. With a significant personal portfolio of investment properties including condos, townhouses, single-family houses, multi-family properties, and a rooming house, Joseph Keshi has a wealth of knowledge, first-hand experience, and unmatched insight, which he draws on to provide his clients with the most comprehensive and effective property management services available.
